If a creature sites extra entrances than the maximum permitted, the oldest burrow and exit will get replaced. A creature cannot location a burrow entrance inside of its personal burrow or inside some other person's burrow. There is a 3 second cooldown among getting into and exiting burrows, not like coming into soon after its Preliminary placement.
